Research Interests: My research interests encompass elucidating how environmental and genetic insults during the pre and early postnatal period result in neurodevelopmental disorders. One of the lines of research that I work with aims to understand how neonatal status epilepticus disrupts neurodevelopment leading to behavioral deficits in adulthood.
